Marine operations

Effective from December 20, 2013, ECOS signed a management and crewing contract with OLT-Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for the FSRU Toscana regasification terminal.
FSRU Toscana is a floating regasification unit permanently anchored offshore, with a maximum regasification capacity of 24,545 cubic meters of LNG per day and a storage capacity of 137,500 cubic meters of LNG.

Technical Management

Our Livorno office, in collaboration with EXMAR Shipmanagement, oversees all technical operations within the Group. Key activities include:

Inspections, repairs, and maintenance of both structures and equipment, conducted in compliance with the classification society (RINA) standards;
Procurement of spare parts and management of supply contracts.

HSE Management

Our HSE activities are carried out by our specialists in collaboration with the HSEQ department of EXMAR.
All operations adhere to our Integrated Management System (IMS), certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001 standards. We maintain the highest standards of safety and employee well-being, contributing to environmental sustainability.

LNG Consultancy

Our consultancy service offers comprehensive and high-value expertise, leveraging the skills and experience of our professionals.
Through our Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer service, we ensure complete documentation preparation and the necessary equipment for load transfers, both in routine and emergency operations. Our LNG consultancy provides:

LNG supply chain analysis;
Project studies for floating liquefaction units (FLNG), storage and regasification units (FSRU)
Development of integrated management systems for FLNG and FSRU units.

Administration

All ECOS administrative operations are managed by the Fratelli Cosulich Group at our offices in Genoa.
These include: accounting and payroll management, budgeting and financial management, auditing and control operations, tax compliance, all in accordance with Italian regulations
